Great concert
Katsura Sunshine's Rakugo came out with the express intention of putting on a show, entertaining the audience and having fun. Excellent concert, excellent venue. When they performed with the band, some of the background music was dubbed in. On one hand it made sense and on the other hand it was a little disappointing. It was somewhat interesting approach and they pulled it off but it was more of a personal performance than a big show. Pat Benatar on the other hand came out and her performance was more intimate. She and Spider sat on stools and sang several songs. For a smaller venue like Red Rocks and for the price of the tickets, I was definitely OK with it but if it was Vegas and I'd paid $200 a ticket I would have been pissed. They succeeded BIG TIME!
